Whether because of preference or an allergy concern, we are glad to provide a gluten-free crust option for our guests!

We offer entree size crust made from a rice-based flour. We also use cornmeal to prep our pizza peels.

Or, try one of our tasty salads or frittata and skip the crust all together!

*Unfortunately, we can't guarantee a 100% gluten-free experience. We make our dough in house daily so there is gluten in the air at PYRO'S. Cross-contamination is possible in our stores.*
