Our regular entree pizzas cost $11.80 in-store whether you build your own or order a speciality pizza. You will, however, always get the best price by ordering through the app.

Do you have Gluten Free Crust?
Of course! We offer entree size crust made from a rice-based flour. We also use cornmeal to prepare our pizza peels, but unfortunately, we still can't guarantee a gluten-free experience. We make our dough in house daily so there is gluten in the air at PYRO'S. Cross-contamination is an inherent risk at our stores.
Where can I find your nutrition info?
At this time we are not able to offer nutritional information. Our goal is to provide this data ahead of when it is required by the FDA.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes. We salute all active-duty military with a free iced tea or soft drink with purchase if they present military ID.
We also offer civil service first responders (law enforcement, firefighters, and paramedics) in uniform with a free iced tea or soft drink with purchase. For law enforcement, officers a badge is considered in uniform.
Do you offer a kids discount?
Yes. We are currently running our 'Kids Eat Free on Monday Nights' promotion.
Rules and regulations: Offer valid on Monday nights from 5:00pm until 10:00pm at all PYRO'S locations. Redeem up to three (3) free kids pizza meals per one (1) adult entree purchased. There is a two (2) topping limit on kids pizza. Up-charges on drinks still apply. Offer valid for dine-in only. All kids must be present. No cash value.

You’ll need to link your registered rewards card account number or phone number to your online ordering account. Here’s what you do:
Desktop Website
Login to your online ordering account (or sign up, if you haven’t yet) and start a new order.
On the Menu screen, look for Do you have a PYRO’S Pizza Rewards?. It is on the right side of the screen under Order Contents.
Enter rewards card account number or phone number and click Link.
Your online ordering account is now linked to the Rewards program. You should see PYRO’S Pizza Rewards with your current rewards and points.
Login to your online ordering account (or sign up) and start a new order.
You’ll link your Rewards account when you reach Basket screen. It is located right below the Items summary.
Tap Link Membership and enter your registered account number or phone number. Your online ordering account is now linked to the Rewards program. You should see Apply Rewards option on the Basket screen.
What if I forgot to sign-in to my Insider Account before checking out? Can I still get the points for my purchase?
We can add the points to your account. Send us an email with a picture of your receipt to support@wolfriverhg.com
How can I redeem my rewards when I order online?
Select the 'Apply Rewards' option on the checkout page and select the reward you would like to use.
(Make sure you are logged into your Insider Account and not checking out as a guest.)
How can I use a gift card when I order online?
After placing your order, proceed to the checkout page. Under Payment Method, select Enter PYRO’S Gift Card and insert the 16-digit number from the back of your card – or the 10-digit digital card number.
click to expandWhat's the difference between a E-Card and a physical card?
When you order an e-card, the recipient will receive a digital card number via the email address you provide. They will be able to use this number at the register – or as a gift card online. Physical cards will be mailed to the address of your choice within the US. You can choose to send your card with a note or wrapped with a lovely bow.
What if I put the wrong email address in my order?
Just email us with your order number and the correct email address and we will get everything sorted out for you!
How long will it take for my physical card to arrive?
Orders will be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days. The time from shipping to arrival depends on the time of year and distance of the destination from our home offices.
Can I earn Insider points on gift card purchases?
You do not earn points when purchasing gift cards. You do, however, earn points when you use the gift cards if you check-in thru the app at the restaurant or sign into your loyalty account when ordering online.

The Pyro’s Pizza app is the easiest way to earn and redeem your Insider loyalty points. You can also store Favorite Orders, find Locations, and place online orders thru the Pyro’s App.
(Birthday rewards do not expire unless there has been inactivity for 12+ months.)
Why is the app saying I already have an account?
Pyro's is one brand of a family of restaurants called Wolf River Hospitality Group. If you have previously ordered online from one of our other restaurants or have a Pyro's Pizza loyalty account, you will already be considered a registered user. Just use the email address/password tied to those accounts. If you can't remember your account information, send us an email at support@wolfriverhg.com for assistance.

How do I earn points?
Just open the Pyro’s app while checking out, hit the “Check-In” button on the dashboard and give the four-digit number to the cashier. With every qualifying purchase (such as pizzas, salads, desserts, soft drinks), you’ll earn points. You can then redeem your points for rewards like Drinks, Desserts, entrees, etc. - right in the app.
How do I know how many points I have earned?
There are several places to see your point total in the app. Your point balance is always available at the top of the dashboard, by clicking on “My Account” or by clicking on “Redeem Rewards”.
Can I redeem multiple rewards at one time?
Online orders will only allow for one reward redemption at a time.
How do I redeem a reward in an online order?
Just sign into your loyalty account when placing an order on the Pyro’s Pizza website. Add the desired items to the basket and click checkout. Your available rewards will be visible on lower right side of the checkout page. Just apply the reward you want to use. The discount will be reflected in the new total.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points from purchases expire one year after inactivity. Promotional bonus points expire 30 days from issue. So, keep frequenting Pyro’s and there is no need to worry.
What happens to my points at the end of the year?
You will begin each new year with a clean slate and build those points all year long.
What is Refer-A-Friend?
Refer-A-Friend is a cool new way you can tell your pizza-loving friends about the Pyro’s Insider Loyalty program while earning some bonus points for yourself.
When you have 1, 3, 5, & 7 friends join the program through your referral link, check-in at any Pyro’s location and spend at least $1, you will reap the bonus points! So, share away!
What do I do if I forget to check-in and want my missing points?
Send a picture of your receipt with the email your Insider account is registered with to support@wolfriverhg.com, and we will be happy to add your missing points!
